宣工生产的SR050、SR060型挖掘机是5t、6t级小型挖掘机,该型挖掘机采用国内中、高端小型挖掘机普遍配置的德国博士力士乐公司先进的负载独立流量分配系统(简称LUDV)。本文通过对该液压系统在使用过程中出现的2例故障进行分析,以期对同类机型液压系统故障排查有所帮助。该液压系统结构如图1所示。1.工作装置均无动作(1)故障现象1台SR060型挖掘机启动发动机后放下安全手柄,操纵先导手柄时,工作装置(电控冲击锤除外)均无动作。观察主阀(多路阀)、
The SR050 and SR060 excavators manufactured by Xuan Gong are 5t and 6t small excavators which adopt the advanced load independent flow distribution system (LUDV) of Germany’s Dr. Rexroth Co., Ltd., which is commonly configured by medium and high-end small excavators in China. This article through the hydraulic system in the process of using two cases of failure analysis, with the hope of similar models hydraulic system troubleshooting help.
