以煤层裂隙和孔隙为研究对象,用弹性力学理论,探讨了煤层压注固化液的防突机理.通过实验室大量配方的试验研究,得出适合煤层固化防突的较优固化液配方为A-32.经大通煤矿2个具有严重突出危险性石门揭煤(西一采区—100m中部石门和—210m11号石门揭煤)压注试验,取得了满意的防突效果.煤层压注固化液后进行防突效果检测,证实突出危险性指标降低到突出临界指标以下,石门揭穿煤层时没有发生煤与瓦斯突出.理论与实践表明,煤层压注固化液是一种有效的防突新方法,且特别适合松软煤层防突.
With coal seam fissures and pores as the research object, the mechanism of outburst prevention of coal bed pressured injection liquid was discussed by using elastic mechanics theory. Through the laboratory a large number of experimental studies on the formula, come to the best curing solution for the coal seam curing A-32 formulation. The two coal mines with serious and prominent danger of exposing to the rock with a serious danger (the first mining area in the West-100m Shimen and the rock-210m11 crosscutting in the West) have achieved satisfactory anti-salvo effects. After the coal seam is pressed and injected with the curing liquid, the test of preventing the outburst effect is conducted. It is confirmed that the prominent danger index is reduced below the prominence of the critical indicator, and coal and gas outburst are not occurred in the exposing of the coal seam of the Shihmen. The theory and practice show that the coal seam pressure-injection liquid is an effective new method against outburst, and it is especially suitable for the prevention of bursting in the soft coal seam.
