主要研究应急物资时变供应约束条件下的多出救点选择问题.首先从分析应急系统的理论临界应急响应时间和实际临界应急响应时间差异入手,探讨了最小应急响应时间的特点。其次,考虑了应急响应时间最小和出救点数目最少问题,建立了带时变供应约束的多出救点选择多目标决策模型.最后,设计求解了模型的优化组合算法与实证算例。算例结果表明,模型与算法可有效解决多出救点的选择问题.
This paper mainly studies the problem of choosing more rescue points under the condition of time-varying supply constraints of emergency supplies.Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics of the minimum emergency response time by analyzing the difference between the theoretical critical emergency response time and the actual critical emergency response time. Secondly, the multi-objective decision-making model of multi-salvation point selection with time-varying supply constraints is established considering the minimum emergency response time and the minimum number of salvage points.Finally, the optimal combination algorithm and the example of the model are designed and solved. The results of the example show that the model and the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of selecting more rescue points.
