学习型组织被认为是知识经济时代成功企业的主要模式,彼德·圣吉的“五项修炼”从深层次的价值观和文化理念层面提供了一种塑造学习型企业文化的全新思维与方法,构建了学习型企业文化建设的基本模式和框架。结合我国企业文化建设的现状,笔者认为,学习型企业文化塑造可以从建立学习型价值观、创建适合学习的组织机制、树立终生学习和知识共享文化理念和培育创新的文化意识等方面进行。
Learning organization is considered to be the main mode of successful enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. Peter Saint-Ji’s “Five Practices” provides a brand-new thinking and method of shaping a learning-oriented enterprise culture from deep-seated values and cultural concepts Method, build the basic model and framework of the study culture construction. Combined with the status quo of our country’s corporate culture construction, the author believes that learning corporate culture can be shaped from the establishment of learning values, creating an organizational structure suitable for learning, fostering a lifelong learning and knowledge-sharing culture and cultivating innovative cultural awareness.
