用单因素实验方法,研究了没食子酸/硫酸铝交联改性脱细胞猪真皮基质(pADM)的基本性能。讨论了没食子酸/硫酸铝配比、碱化pH值、反应时间、加料顺序对脱细胞猪真皮基质交联改性的影响,并对改性产品进行了表征,同时对表征项目进行了评价,确定最佳工艺方案。结果表明:没食子酸/硫酸铝配比为1.0∶1.0,碱化pH值为5.5,反应时间为3 h,加料顺序为先加入没食子酸、后加入硫酸铝,所得的产品改性效果最好。 The basic properties of acellular porcine dermal matrix (pADM) modified by gallic acid/aluminum sulphate were studied by single factor experiments. The effects of gallic acid/aluminum sulfate ratio, alkalinization pH value, reaction time, and addition sequence on the cross-linking modification of decellularized porcine dermal matrix were discussed, and the modified products were characterized. At the same time, the characterization project was evaluated. Determine the best process plan. The results showed that the gallic acid/aluminum sulfate ratio was 1.0:1.0, the alkalizing pH was 5.5, and the reaction time was 3 h. The addition sequence was to add gallic acid first, followed by aluminum sulfate, and the resulting product had the best modification effect.
