利用强流脉冲电子束 (HCPEB)技术对碳素钢进行了表面改性处理。利用扫描电镜 (SEM)和X射线衍射 (XRD)对改性试样的表面性质进行了分析 ,结果表明 :样品表面出现了“火山坑”状的凹坑 ,淬火态T8凹坑数量比 4 5 # 钢少 ,凹坑深度比4 5 # 钢深。凹坑的密度与输入的能量密度成正比关系 ;此外 ,凹坑的分布密度先随轰击次数 (n =1~ 5 )的增加而增加 ,随后 (n=6~ 10 )略有降低 ;分析表明凹坑的形成及分布与位错密度密切相关。
Carbon steel was modified by HCPEB. The surface properties of modified samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that there are “volcano crater” pits on the sample surface, and the number of quenched T8 pits is more than 45 # Less steel, pit depth 45 # steel depth. The density of pits is directly proportional to the input energy density. In addition, the distribution density of pits first increases with the number of bombardment times (n = 1 ~ 5), and then decreases slightly (n = 6 ~ 10) The formation and distribution of pits are closely related to the dislocation density.
