人民群众是历史的创造者,笔者通过分析苏联解体的原因,认为群众因素是苏联解体的诸多因素中的决定性因素。十八大报告指出,党坚强有力,党同人民保持血肉联系,国家就繁荣稳定,人民就幸福安康。在全党深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动中,增强群众观点,提高为人民服务能力,改进群众工作方法,发现问题,解决问题,求真务实。实践工作中要处理好为群众、如何为群众两个问题。建工作联系机制以解决上级部门脱离基层的问题,建服务群众机制以解决干部脱离群众的问题,建立党内联络机制以解决党组织“脱离党员”的问题。
The masses of the people are the creators of history. By analyzing the reasons for the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the author believes that the mass factors are the decisive factors among the many factors in the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: The party is strong and powerful. The party maintains flesh and blood ties with the people and the country is prosperous and stable, and the people are happy and well-being. In deepening the Party’s practice of educating the party’s mass line, all the Party members should step up their views on the masses, enhance their ability to serve the people, improve the working methods of the masses, find and solve problems, and seek truth and being pragmatic. In the practical work, we should handle well the two problems for the masses and the masses. Set up a working mechanism to solve the problem of the superior departments getting out of the grassroots level, build a mass system to solve the problem of cadres being separated from the masses, and establish an intra-party liaison mechanism so as to solve the problem of the party organization “separating itself from the party members ”.
