本文对侧向滑步推铅球技术的新教法进行了研究，提出了以完整技术动作为主的新教法可以代替传统的以分解技术动作教法为主的回返式教学法。实验结果表明，这种新教法效果更佳。
In this paper, we study the new teaching method of the sideways sliding shot and putting the shot put, put forward that the new teaching method based on the complete technical action can replace the traditional return teaching method that mainly uses the decomposition technique. The experimental results show that this new method of teaching is better.
