在发展农村林业生产中,除搞好林种结构,营造速生丰产林,开展合作造林外,要大力提倡科学造林,提高造林质量,发展造林成果。现就几个问题进行探讨。一、关于适地造林。适地适树是植树造林的基本原则,早在五十年代就提倡,对提高造林效果发挥了显著作用。而今有些地方还不太重视,常常是有什么树造什么林,而忽视当地气候和立地条件,致使成活率低而生长劣,造林不见林,这是一个严重的教训。要适地适树造林,就必须了解造林地和树种的自然特性,把树栽植在最适宜的地方。
