目的:探讨脉通平对小鼠体内脂质过氧化与抗氧化系统的影响。方法:实验小鼠灌服脉通平,采用邻苯三酸法测定小鼠红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、5,5’-二流双(α-硝基苯甲酸)(DTNB)法测定小鼠全血谷脱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定小鼠血清及重要器官组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果:脉通平既能显著降低小鼠血清及心、肝、脑组织LPO含量,又能显著提高小鼠红细胞内SOD、全血GSH-PX的活性。结论:脉通平具有显著的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Mailongping on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in mice. Methods: Experimental mice were fed with Tongmaiping. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes of mice was measured by the method of trityl acid method. The activity of 5,5’-bis (α-nitrobenzoate) (GSH-PX) activity in mouse whole blood was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The content of lipid peroxides (LPO) in serum and vital organs of mice was measured by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) method. Results: Maitongping not only can significantly reduce the content of LPO in serum, heart, liver and brain, but also increase the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in whole blood of mice remarkably. Conclusion: Maitongping has a significant anti-oxidant effect.
