“竞价排名”的盈利模式曾经让百度一飞冲天,而今也让其成为众矢之的。2008年11月,对于百度公司来说,绝对不是一个好月份。这个月的15、16日,中央电视台《新闻30分》栏目播出《记者调查:虚假信息借网传播百度竞价排名遭质疑》等新闻,连续两天报道百度的竞价排名黑幕。此前,9月份的时候百度传出“公关保护”的丑闻:三鹿公司向百度投放300万元的广告,百度则承诺在搜索结果中屏蔽关于三鹿奶粉中含三聚氰胺的负面新闻。这一连串的事件引发了公众对百度公信力及商业道德的强烈质疑。
