为了保障国家对军人的抚恤优待,维护抚恤优待对象的合法权益,根据《军人抚恤优待条例》、《烈士褒扬条例》,自治区人民政府结合我区实际,制定并下发了《内蒙古自治区军人抚恤优待办法》。
