目的 研究胆囊癌组织中cyclinD1,cdk4,p16和Rb的表达及其相互关系。方法 石蜡包埋切片ABC免疫组织化学法。结果 40例胆囊癌cyclinD1,cdk4,p16和Rb阳性病例率分别为42 5 % ,47 5 % ,32 5 %和 37 5 % ;高分化、组织学分级Ⅰ级和未转移病例cyclinD1,cdk4,Rb阳性率明显低于低分化、组织学分级Ⅲ级和转移病例 ;cyclinD1表达与cdk4表达呈正相关系和与P16呈负相关系 ,P16表达与Rb表达和cdk4表达呈负相关系。结论 cyclinD1,cdk4,p16和Rb表达特征与胆囊癌发生发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切关系 ,胆囊癌的分子发病机制可能涉及cdk4/cyclinD1,Rb和p16负反馈调节通路的异常。
Objective To study the expression of cyclinD1, cdk4, p16 and Rb in gallbladder carcinoma and their correlation. Methods Paraffin embedded sections ABC immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of cyclinD1, cdk4, p16 and Rb in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were 42.5%, 47.5%, 32.5% and 37.5%, respectively. There was no difference in cyclinD1, cdk4, Rb The positive rate of cyclinD1 was positively correlated with the expression of cdk4 and negatively correlated with P16. The expression of cyclinD1 was negatively correlated with the expression of Rb and cdk4. Conclusions The expressions of cyclinD1, cdk4, p16 and Rb are closely related to the development, biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinomas. The molecular pathogenesis of gallbladder carcinomas may involve the abnormalities of the negative feedback regulation pathways of cdk4 / cyclinD1, Rb and p16.
