基于Hilbert变换,采用超声脉冲回波法直接测量航空工业复合材料的声学性能,并对两种不同类型的纤维增强树脂基复合材料进行比较.详细介绍了Hilbert变换的基本原理和复合材料声学性能的测量原理,利用Hilbert变换对实测超声回波信号进行分析和处理.检测结果表明:该方法能够准确测量复合材料的声学性能,误差在2.5%以内,并能对复合材料做出有效评估.
Based on the Hilbert transform, the acoustic properties of aerospace composites were directly measured by ultrasonic pulse echo method, and two different types of fiber reinforced composites were compared.The basic principles of Hilbert transform and the acoustic properties of composites The principle of measurement was analyzed and the measured ultrasonic echo signals were analyzed and processed by Hilbert transform.The test results show that the method can accurately measure the acoustic properties of composites with an error less than 2.5% and can effectively evaluate the composite materials.
