在当代《组织行为学》的教学过程中,情景模拟法以其扮演角色深刻、深入情境等优点得到了众多教学者的重视。但在具体教学过程中,情境模拟法却遭遇环境、人员等诸多因素的制约,在一定程度上影响了教学内容和教学质量。本文从情境模拟法的重要性和当代《组织行为学》教学中情景模拟法的使用情况进行研究,着重分析了当前情景模拟法在教学中的具体使用情况。
In the process of contemporary “organizational behavior” teaching, situational simulation has received the attention of many pedagogues for its profound role in playing role and in-depth situation. However, in the process of concrete teaching, the situation simulation method has encountered the constraints of many factors such as environment and personnel, which has affected the teaching content and teaching quality to a certain extent. This paper studies the importance of situational simulations and the use of situational simulations in contemporary teaching of organizational behavior, and analyzes the specific use of current situational simulations in teaching.
