遥测心电监护为八十年代兴起的一种监护技术,具有不受条件限制,使用方便,不影响各项医疗技术操作等优点.我院最近引进一套日本光电WEP-8430K4人遥测心电监护仪,使用该仪器对60例各种疾病患者进行了心电监护,现将应用体会小结如下.资料与方法研究对象 我院住院病人及部分门诊病人60例,男42例,女18例,年龄29～82岁.其中冠心病20例(急性心肌梗塞7例,心绞痛3例,心功能不全10例);心律失常6例(频发室性早搏3例,室上性早搏1例,阵发性室上速2例);急性脑血管病20例(脑出血13例,脑梗塞5例,短暂脑缺血发作2例);急性中毒5例(急性有机磷农药中毒2例,杀鼠剂中毒2例,乌头碱中毒1例);肺心病3例;风湿性心脏病1例;神经症2例;肺炎1例;急性胰腺炎1例;
Telemetry ECG monitoring is a kind of monitoring technology that emerged in the 1980s. It has the advantages of being free from conditions, convenient to use, and not affecting the operation of various medical technologies. Our institute has recently introduced a set of Japanese electro-optic WEP-8430K4 telemetry ECG monitoring. The instrument was used to perform electrocardiographic monitoring on 60 patients with various diseases. The application experience is summarized as follows. Materials and Methods Subjects There were 60 inpatients and some outpatients in our hospital, 42 males and 18 females. 29 to 82 years old, including coronary heart disease in 20 cases (7 cases of acute myocardial infarction, 3 cases of angina, 10 cases of cardiac insufficiency); 6 cases of arrhythmia (frequency 3 cases of premature ventricular contractions, 1 case of supraventricular premature beats, bursts 2 cases of supraventricular tachycardia); 20 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease (13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 5 cases of cerebral infarction, 2 cases of transient ischemic attack); 5 cases of acute poisoning (2 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, rodenticide) 2 cases of poisoning, 1 case of aconitine poisoning; 3 cases of pulmonary heart disease; 1 case of rheumatic heart disease; 2 cases of neurosis; 1 case of pneumonia; 1 case of acute pancreatitis;
