Since the reform and opening up, transnational corporations have played an important role in the integration of China into the global economic system. Judging from the current situation, China is undergoing economic restructuring, structural adjustment, industrial upgrading, and the development of a low-carbon economy. External multinational corporations with globally leading technologies and ideas can still play an important role. China should also continue to attach importance to the role of transnational corporations. It should not be too much at this stage for transnational corporations to have too many policy changes that make transnational corporations create illusions. First, government documents should be used with caution, such as “utilization of foreign capital” and other terms. Since the reform and opening up, more and more multinational corporations have chosen to come to China’s development, and China has opened up to the outside world.
