目的回顾性总结微创穿刺术治疗双侧慢性硬膜下血肿,并对操作过程、疗效进行分析。方法选取2005年09月~2016年08月收治的双侧慢性硬膜下血肿患者44例,均采用微创穿刺术治疗,观察手术情况与疗效。结果所有患者术后全部治愈出院,无颅内感染、再出血等并发症,治愈率为100%。结论微创穿刺术具有操作简单、安全、快捷、创伤小、费用低、疗效好等优点,适于基层医院推广应用。
Objective To retrospectively review the minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of bilateral chronic subdural hematoma, and to analyze the operation process and curative effect. Methods Forty-four patients with bilateral chronic subdural hematoma who were treated in our hospital from September 2005 to August 2016 were treated with minimally invasive puncture, and the operation and efficacy were observed. Results All patients were cured after surgery, no intracranial infection, re-bleeding and other complications, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture has the advantages of simple operation, safety, quickness, small trauma, low cost and good curative effect, which is suitable for the popularization and application of primary hospitals.
