对鹤峰县城区供电所人员结构进行了分析,由此显示出在年龄和知识结构上的断层现象,进一步指出这种断层现象对基层供电所经营管理所带来的消极影响,最后提出制定人力资源规划、注重在岗人员培训和营造企业文化等3项对策。
The analysis of the structure of Hefeng county power supply staff shows the fault phenomenon in the age and knowledge structure, and further points out the negative impact that this fault phenomenon has on the operation and management of the grass-roots power supply.
