用于测定微量溶菌酶(LZM)的比色法线性范围较窄,反应时间过长,影响在国内的普遍推广。本研究改进了洗脱和反应条件,降低了检出下限,并使反应时间由原来的8h缩短为4h,重新设计了尿溶菌酶(U—LZM)的回收试验,使U—LZM回收率在92.9~104.5%范围内。本改良法比原法更适用于U—LZM测定,对于含LZM活性较高的样品,经适当稀释或再缩短反应时间,也是可行的。
For the determination of trace lysozyme (LZM) colorimetric linear range is narrow, the reaction time is too long, affecting the general promotion in China. In this study, the elution and reaction conditions were improved, the detection limit was reduced, and the reaction time was shortened from 8h to 4h. The recovery test of urine lysozyme (U-LZM) was redesigned so that the recovery rate of U- 92.9 ~ 104.5% range. The improved method is more suitable than the original method for the U-LZM assay, for samples containing LZM activity, the appropriate dilution or shorten the reaction time is also feasible.
