This paper introduces the forming process and main contents of “IFLA Digital Reference Guidebook”. Taking the practice of “online united knowledge navigation station” of Shanghai Library as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of digital reference service in domestic libraries and discusses its application in China Library The feasibility and guiding significance.
