本文对上下二次风比对循环流化床锅炉烟气飞灰含碳量的影响做了大量实验研究。实验中针对不同挥发分的煤种,分别采取上下二次风由各开50%状态与上二次风全开、下二次风全关两种运行状态。实验数据表明,上二次风量增加将会降低飞灰含碳量,并且根据煤种挥发分含量的不同,上二次风量对飞灰含碳量的影响也不同:对于高挥发分的煤影响不明显,对于低挥发分的煤种则效果非常显著,特别是对于挥发分在15%以下的煤种,效果尤为突出。
In this paper, a large number of experimental studies have been done on the influence of the upper and lower secondary air ratios on the carbon content of fly ash in CFB boiler.
