女大学生就业难的问题,随着新一届毕业生就业高峰的来临再一次凸现出来。用人方由于对女大学生有很多的顾虑,在招人时往往考虑男生,面对这种不利的局面,只有找出女大学生的就业瓶颈因素,对症下药采取适当的措施才能从根本上解决这个难题。本文从成都市2006年女大学生就业情况入手,分析女大学生就业难的原因以及解决措施,以期对解决全国女大学生就业难的问题有所帮助。
The difficulty of finding jobs for female graduates is once again highlighted by the arrival of the new graduate employment peak. Because employers have many concerns about female students, when recruiting people, they often consider boys. Facing this unfavorable situation, only finding out the employment bottleneck factor of female university students and taking appropriate measures to remedy the problem can fundamentally solve this problem. This article starts with the situation of employment of female graduates in Chengdu in 2006, and analyzes the causes and solutions of the difficulty of obtaining employment of female graduates in the hope of helping to solve the difficult employment problem of female graduates in China.
