作者认为：价格政策效益的高低（从货币计量角度看）是由价格政策的投入（成本）与产出（收益）之间的比例关系而定的。在社会主义市场经济条件下，生产力标准即是评价价格政策效益的根本标准，同时，应注重实现价格政策的科学化、高效化……。
The author believes that the effectiveness of the price policy (from the monetary measurement perspective) is determined by the proportional relationship between the input (cost) and output (return) of the price policy. Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, productivity standards are the fundamental criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of price policies. At the same time, they should focus on achieving a scientific and efficient price policy.
