分子生物学技术的快速发展,使基因工程疫苗的研究更加深入。与此种新型疫苗相比传统疫苗已体现出预防效果不够理想,不容易保存,技术难度大,成本高等诸多缺陷。因此,对基因工程疫苗的开拓研究已成为当前疫苗领域的一个热点。本文简要概述了近年来包虫病基因工程疫苗研究现状及其发展前景。
The rapid development of molecular biology technology makes the research of gene engineering vaccine more in-depth. Compared with the new vaccine, the traditional vaccine has shown many defects such as unsatisfactory prevention effect, difficulty in saving, high technical difficulty and high cost. Therefore, the development of genetically engineered vaccines has become a hot area in the current vaccine field. This article briefly outlines the research status and development prospects of genetic engineering vaccine of hydatid disease in recent years.
