Compared with the new vaccine, the traditional vaccine has shown many defects such as unsatisfactory prevention effect, difficulty in saving, high technical difficulty and high cost. Therefore, the development of genetically engineered vaccines has become a hot area in the current vaccine field. This article briefly outlines the research status and development prospects of genetic engineering vaccine of hydatid disease in recent years.
