当下农民政治参与中存在四对矛盾:农民利益的整体性与农民政治参与的个体化之间的矛盾,农民政治参与的客观存在与农民参与意识缺失之间的矛盾,农民政治参与的正当性与农民参与方式非合法性之间的矛盾,农民政治参与渠道与农民参与制度缺失之间的矛盾,制约了农民的政治参与。为此,必须大力培育农民政治参与意识、提高农民组织化程度、完善农民政治参与的制度机制。
There are four contradictions in the current peasant’s political participation: the contradiction between the integrity of peasants ’interests and peasants’ political participation, the contradiction between the objective existence of peasants ’political participation and the lack of farmers’ awareness of participation, the legitimacy of farmer’s political participation and The contradiction between the non-legitimacy of peasant participation and the contradiction between peasants ’political participation channels and peasant participation system has restricted the peasants’ political participation. To this end, we must vigorously cultivate awareness of peasant political participation, improve the degree of peasant organization, and improve the institutional mechanisms for peasant political participation.
