对１４０名在职护士学历结构和工作年限结构进行了统计，结果表明：重点训练对象是Ａ类和Ｂ类护士。根据类别层次差异和知识需求不同，编制了Ａ类和Ｂ类人员３年在职训练目标。为了提高三、三制训练目标效果，在训练方式和测评方法上采取双向施教和双向测评。经过３年实践取得了一定效果。 The statistics of the structure of the 140 in-service nurses and the structure of their working years were carried out. The results showed that the focus of training was on Type A and Type B nurses. According to the differences in category levels and knowledge needs, three-year on-the-job training targets for Type A and Type B personnel were compiled. In order to improve the effectiveness of the three-three training target, two-way training and two-way evaluation are adopted in training methods and evaluation methods.
