通过施加试验研究了超声波施振温度和处理角度对A356合金半固态组织细化规律的影响。结果表明,在不施加超声波的情况下,斜浇道对A356半固态组织有较好的细化作用。经超声处理后,晶粒细化效果明显,且在不同的施振温度下,A356半固态组织有不同程度的细化。随着施振温度的升高,细化作用越好,但当温度提高到一定程度时,细化效果减弱。施振温度为660℃时,晶粒最细小。
The effects of ultrasonic vibration temperature and processing angle on the microstructure regularity of A356 alloy were investigated by applying experiments. The results show that the runner can refine the A356 semi-solid structure better without ultrasonic wave. After ultrasonic treatment, grain refinement effect is obvious, and at different temperatures, A356 semi-solid tissue refinement in varying degrees. As the temperature increases, the refining effect is better, but when the temperature increases to a certain extent, the refining effect is weakened. Shi Zhen temperature of 660 ℃, the smallest grain.
