纤维素醚作为水泥基材料的外加剂,具有保水、增稠、缓凝、引气等作用,可以显著改善水泥砂浆的特性。选取了三种不同粘度的纤维素醚掺入到水泥基灌浆料中,通过测定灌浆料的流动度、泌水率和力学性能,研究了纤维素醚掺量和粘度对灌浆料性能的影响。结果表明,随着纤维素醚掺量的增加、粘度的增大,灌浆料的流动度减小、泌水率降低、抗折和抗压强度降低,但是低粘度纤维素醚的影响较小。综合考虑下,掺入0.02%左右的低粘度纤维素醚对灌浆料的性能改善效果最佳。
Cellulose ether as a cement-based material admixture, with water, thickening, retarding, air bleed, etc., can significantly improve the properties of cement mortar. Three kinds of cellulose ethers with different viscosities were selected and mixed into the cement-based grouting material. The fluidity, bleeding rate and mechanical properties of the grouting material were measured to study the effect of content and viscosity of the cellulose ether on the properties of the grouting material. The results showed that with the increase of cellulose ether content, the viscosity increased, the fluidity of grouting material decreased, the bleeding rate decreased, the flexural and compressive strength decreased, but the effect of low viscosity cellulose ether was less. Considering synthetically, the low viscosity cellulose ether with the content of 0.02% can improve the performance of the grouting material.
