猝死的定义,多数学者认为是指平素看来健康的人突然于1小时内死亡,其实大多数为即刻死亡(数秒钟)。世界卫生组织的规定,是指起病后6小时内死亡。美国国立心肺与血液研究机构制定较广泛的定义是指24小时内的死亡。为了使猝死的防治得到较好效果,提高复苏成功率,本文收集1966~1979年我分部所属医院在门诊及病房1小时内猝死病人91例,参考近期文献资料,分析讨论
The definition of sudden death, most scholars believe is that usually seemingly healthy people died within 1 hour suddenly, in fact, the majority of immediate death (a few seconds). The provisions of the World Health Organization, refers to the death within 6 hours after onset. The broader definition of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute is the death within 24 hours. In order to make the prevention and treatment of sudden death a better result and improve the success rate of recovery, this article collected 91 cases of sudden death within 1 hour from the outpatient and ward of the hospital affiliated to our department from 1966 to 1979.
