索特集团矿山部Ⅱ采区采卤泵房DG45-80×12采卤泵起动后,电流一直降不下来,盘车转动灵活,检查电气设备一切正常,出水阀门也全部关闭。拆下泵轴承架及平衡室,发现平衡盘和平衡板之间间隙b比原装配间隙大得多。由于b增大后,轴向前审动量较大,叶轮和密封环摩擦增大,负荷加大。停车时叶轮复位,所以联轴器转动灵活。通常的检修方法是把平衡板和平衡盘都更新,笔者认为这样有点浪费。在此介绍3种修理方法,供参考(见附图)。
