通过对连杆机构传动函数特性的分析,提出了以傅里叶级数作为插值函数、以机构等间距点作为插值结点,进而求出传动函数近似展开式的三角插值法;并以实例说明这种方法能够得出形式简洁、误差较小的传动函数近似展开式。将这种方法应用于连杆机构的运动分析中,可以有效地简化传动函数,有利于对其具有的运动、动力学特性进行更深入的研究。
Based on the analysis of the transmission function of the linkage mechanism, the triangular interpolation method which uses the Fourier series as the interpolation function and the isometric interpolation point of the mechanism as the interpolating node is obtained, and the approximate expansion of the transmission function is obtained. This method can be drawn in the form of a simple, less error transfer function approximate expansion. Applying this method to the motion analysis of link mechanism can effectively simplify the transmission function and facilitate the further study of its kinematics and dynamics.
