研究了沈阳市内栽培的红皮云杉(Picea koraiensis Nakai)、樟子松(Pinus sylvestrisvar.mongolica Litvin)、红松(P.koraiensis Sieb.et Zuce)、油松(P.tabulaeformisCarr.)、白皮松(P.bungeana Zucc.)越冬期间叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性及其同工酶谱的变化与耐冻性之间的关系。结果表明,越冬期间叶绿素有不同程度的降解,而类胡萝卜素甚至在土壤冻结期间也继续有净的合成。7
