采用锰铜压阻法对微尺度装药条件下JO-9C的爆压进行实验测定,得到了不同装药条件下的爆轰传播规律。实验结果表明:在同一装药直径下,JO-9C传爆药的爆压值随约束强度的降低而下降,且直径越小,约束条件的影响越为显著;在同一约束条件下,装药的爆压值随着直径的减小而减小,直径越小,爆压值下降速度越快。研究结果对微型火工品的设计具有指导意义。
Manganese-copper piezoresistive method was used to measure the explosive pressure of JO-9C under the condition of micro-scale charge, and the detonation propagation law under different charge conditions was obtained. The experimental results show that under the same charge diameter, the burst pressure of JO-9C booster declines with the decrease of the restraining strength, and the smaller the diameter is, the more obvious the restraining condition is. Under the same constraint, The burst pressure value decreases with the decrease of the diameter. The smaller the diameter, the faster the explosion pressure value declines. The result of the research has instructive significance for the design of miniature pyrotechnics.
