在《黑龙江省档案管理条例》实施五周年之际,省档案局在全省范围内组织开展了纪念《黑龙江省档案管理条例》颁布五周年法制宣传活动。这次档案法制宣传活动得到省政府高度重视,省委常委、常务副省长张成义在《黑龙江日报》上,发表了题为《全面推进档案工作依法行政和法制建设,为经济社会持续协调发展提供优质服务》的文章。张成义同志在文章中首先肯定了五年来全省各级政府和档案管理部门依法行政及档案法制建没等取得了明显成效,有力地促进了经济和社会各项事业的发展。
