目的:探讨健康教育对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术前抑郁、焦虑心理的影响。方法:应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对拟施行瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术前1天及给予健康教育后实施手术前1小时两次评定,记录数据。结果:两次数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:术前进行恰当的健康教育可以减轻病人的不良心态,并能够使病人以最佳的心态接受手术,促进病体的康复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education on the depression and anxiety of cesarean section before cesarean section. Methods: An anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the effect of cesarean section on the first day before cesarean section was performed and the health education was conducted one hour before surgery. Data were recorded and recorded. Results: The difference between the two data was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Preoperative proper health education can reduce the patient ’s bad attitude, and can make patients with the best mentality of surgery, and promote the recovery of the sick.
