The strong development in processing trade has brought an “explosive” increase in the export of Mexican industries, which in turn has revived the Mexican economy after a serious recession in 1995. In the past five years, the processing trade of ink has been growing at an average annual rate of 16%. At present, the employment volume of ink processing trade amounts to 1,277,700, accounting for over 15% of the total employment in the ink manufacturing industry. Processing trade is
