氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程中起重要作用。介导氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白的受体种类繁多,尤其是清道夫受体A。本文就近年来有关该受体的结构、分布、调节、配体及其在动脉粥样硬化中的作用的研究作一阐述,以便进一步了解动脉粥样硬化的发生机制,探索防治途径。
Oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. A wide variety of receptors mediate oxidized LDL, especially scavenger receptor A. In this paper, the recent studies on the structure, distribution, regulation, ligands and their roles in atherosclerosis are described in order to further understand the mechanism of atherosclerosis and to explore ways to prevent and cure it.
