对于民警违法违纪,既要惩戒于后,更应防范于前。当前民警违法违纪的预警机制尚不完善。建立健全完善的预警机制必须实现五个突破:一、抓住构建要素,在信息资源汇集上求突破。二、创新监督体制,在构建协调机制上求突破。三、整合监督力量,在优化监督资源上求突破。四、转变考评导向,在提高预警效能上求突破。五、把握发展脉络,在创新预警形式上求突破。
For the police to violate the law and discipline, it is necessary to punish the after, but also to guard against the previous. The current warning mechanism for law-breaking of the police is still not perfect. To establish and improve the early warning mechanism must achieve five breakthroughs: First, grasp the elements of construction, seek a breakthrough in the collection of information resources.
