青年员工是企业的生命力,是发展的主力军,良好的青年员工队伍是企业持续健康发展源源不断的动力。供水企业作为与人们群众生产、生活息息相关的公用性单位,发展和稳定至关重要,强化供水企业青工队伍建设,为企业发展和稳定备足后劲,刻不容缓。本文认为应着重抓住“四点”。
