进入新时期以来,随着市场经济竞争压力日趋增大,人力资源管理在确保企业生存与发展中所具有的重要性日渐凸显。然而受到诸如传统管理思维作祟、重视程度不足等多方面因素所影响,当前我国众多企业人力资源管理现状难以令人满意,这就在一定程度上制约着企业生存与发展。有鉴于此,本文在充分结合笔者多年工作实践经验基础上,对当前企业人力资源管理现状及其战略选择展开探究。
Since entering the new era, with the increasing pressure of market economy competition, the importance of human resource management in ensuring the survival and development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent. However, influenced by many factors such as the misunderstanding of traditional management thinking and insufficient attention, the current situation of human resources management in many enterprises in our country is not satisfactory, which limits the survival and development of enterprises to a certain extent. In view of this, on the basis of fully combining the author’s years of practical experience, this article explores the present situation of corporate human resource management and its strategic choices.
