本文对现行规范标准关于泵送混凝土配合比中的抗碳化参数进行总结,并对试验混凝土配合比进行检验,结合实体结构混凝土碳化数据,分析硅酸盐水泥熟料用量及矿物掺合料掺量对实体结构混凝土抗碳化能力的影响,对现行JGJ55—2011《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》提出建议;根据所成型试验模型剪力墙上的芯样强度数据,给出基于芯样强度的复掺粉煤灰矿粉混凝土抗压强度预测模型以及回弹法检测复掺粉煤灰矿粉混凝土测强曲线。试验结果可为混凝土配合比抗碳化参数检验与既有建筑结构混凝土力学性能评定提供参考。
This paper summarizes the anti-carbonization parameters of the existing standard of pumping concrete mixture ratio and tests the mix proportion of the test concrete. Combined with the carbonation data of concrete structure, the paper analyzes the amount of Portland cement clinker and the content of mineral admixture On the physical structure of the concrete anti-carbonation capacity of the existing JGJ55-2011 “ordinary concrete mix design rules” made recommendations; according to the test model shear wall core-like strength data, given the core-based strength of the complex doped Prediction Model of Compressive Strength of Fly Ash Mineral Aggregate and Test Method for Strength Curve of Concrete Mixed with Fly Ash and Slag Powder Using Rebound Method. The test results can provide a reference for the test of concrete anti-carbonation ratio and the evaluation of mechanical properties of existing building structure concrete.
