目的:建立测定阿司匹林苯巴比妥散中两成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Thermo BDS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(10∶35∶55∶0.1)(用磷酸调p H至3.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为242 nm,柱温:室温,进样量:20μl。结果:阿司匹林、苯巴比妥分别在0.402 0~1.608 0 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 7)、0.061 2~0.244 8 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 6)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.21%(RSD=0.49%,n=9),99.63%(RSD=0.39%,n=9)。结论:该法简便准确、重复性好,可较好地控制该制剂质量。 Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of two components in phenobarbital powder of aspirin. METHODS: The samples were separated on a Thermo BDS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-methanol-0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethylamine (10:35:55:0.1) pH to 3.5) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 at a detection wavelength of 242 nm. The column temperature was at room temperature and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results: Aspirin and phenobarbital had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.402 0-1.608 0 mg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 7) and 0.061 2-0.484 8 mg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 6) respectively. The mean The recoveries were 99.21% (RSD = 0.49%, n = 9) and 99.63% (RSD = 0.39%, n = 9), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, good repeatability, can better control the quality of the preparation.
