目的探讨液基细胞学检测系统(Liquid-based cytologic test,LCT)在宫颈微生物感染中的应用及临床意义。方法 2010年12月~2011年11月收集14 031例用液基细胞学技术检测的宫颈细胞学涂片并进行回顾性分析。结果检出宫颈微生物感染2 090例,感染率15.01%(2 090/1 3921),其中人乳头瘤病毒(Human papilloma virus,HPV)感染129例,占0.93%;HPV感染合并念珠菌感染13例,HPV感染合并细菌感染14例;念珠菌感染874例,占6.27%;念珠菌合并细菌感染10例;细菌感染1 015例,占7.29%;滴虫感染44例,占0.32%;单纯疱疹病毒感染2例,占0.01%;放线菌感染26例,占0.19%。结论液基细胞学检测系统的应用,明显地提高了宫颈微生物感染的检出率,在诊断宫颈微生物感染方面具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application and clinical significance of liquid-based cytologic test (LCT) in cervical microbial infection. Methods From December 2010 to November 2011, 14 031 cervical cytology smears detected by liquid-based cytology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 2 090 cases of cervical microbe infection were detected, the infection rate was 15.01% (2090/1 3921). Among them, 129 cases were human papilloma virus (HPV) infection, accounting for 0.93%; 13 cases were HPV infection with Candida infection , 14 cases of HPV infection combined with bacterial infection; 874 cases of Candida infection, accounting for 6.27%; 10 cases of Candida bacterial infection; bacterial infection of 1 015 cases, accounting for 7.29%; Trichomonas infection in 44 cases, accounting for 0.32%; herpes simplex virus Infected in 2 cases, accounting for 0.01%; actinomycosis infection in 26 cases, accounting for 0.19%. Conclusion The application of liquid-based cytology detection system can significantly improve the detection rate of cervical microbial infection and has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of cervical microbial infection.
