CTMAX—Ⅱ全身CT机系68000微机支持下的CT设备。在该机21个月运行中,发现并排除6例故障,现将维修方法以及MESSAGE信息对故障维修的指导作用介绍如下: 故障一:启动轴向扫描后约5秒,扫描声光指示消失,同时扫描运动被终止。系统信息显示:ER-144 SERVO ALARM 00010000,ER-155 SPEED FAIL 00010000,提示意为:扫描伺服系统报警,扫描启动加速度低于50%标准速率故障。检查发现GANTRY运转伺服电机供电90V,低于标准值10V。追踪检查判定稳压器电源调整板伺服放大器击穿,导致稳压调整失灵,过低的电压输往GANTRY后并发了上述故障。故将稳压器手动调为标称值后故障消失,后换调整板一块,稳压系统至今正常。
The CTMAX-II whole body CT machine is a CT device supported by a 68000 microcomputer. During the 21-month operation of the aircraft, 6 faults were discovered and eliminated. Now the maintenance methods and the guidance of MESSAGE information on fault maintenance are introduced as follows: Fault 1: About 5 seconds after starting the axial scan, the scanning acousto-optic indicator disappears. At the same time the scanning motion is terminated. System information display: ER-144 SERVO ALARM 00010000, ER-155 SPEED FAIL 00010000, suggesting that: scan the servo system alarm, scan start acceleration is less than 50% standard rate fault. It was found that the GANTRY servo motor was operating at 90V and was below the standard value of 10V. The follow-up inspection determines that the servo amplifier of the regulator power supply adjustment board breaks down, causing the regulation to malfunction. The above fault is concurrently caused after the excessively low voltage is transmitted to GANTRY. Therefore, after the regulator is manually adjusted to the nominal value, the fault disappears. After that, the adjustment board is changed and the voltage regulator system is normal.
