通过司法拍卖途径收购房地产,具有明显的价格优势,已经成为企业及个人投资房地产的重要途径。但司法拍卖具有特殊的操作环节和风险,为了避免投资风险,本文提出几点对策建议。
The acquisition of real estate through judicial auction has obvious price advantage and has become an important way for enterprises and individuals to invest in real estate.
