以25%CCl_4-石蜡油成功地制备了BALB/c小鼠慢性中毒性肝炎动物模型。每日按1.2μg/g剂量给甲状腺素,连续用药6周。结果表明,甲状腺素组小鼠的生存率及体重与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01及P<0.05)。病理证实甲状腺素组肝组织慢性炎症的修复及肝细胞的再生好于对照组,本实验为临床应用小剂量甲状腺素治疗慢性肝炎提供了依据。
An animal model of chronically toxic hepatitis in BALB/c mice was successfully prepared with 25% CCl 4 -paraffin oil. Thyroxine was administered daily at 1.2 μg/g for 6 weeks. The results showed that the survival rate and body weight of the thyroid hormone group were significantly different from the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Pathology confirmed that the repair of chronic inflammation of liver tissue and the regeneration of hepatocytes in the thyroxine group were better than the control group. This experiment provides a basis for the clinical application of low-dose thyroxine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.
