精确在线测定铁水中磷的质量分数是衡量原材料质量和提高高炉工作效率的保障。为此,利用4Ca O·P2O5辅助电极和镁稳定的氧化锆固体电解质组装定磷传感器探头,采用自制的辅助电极浆料进行涂覆,并对涂覆了不同配比浆料的传感器进行多组实验。实验结果表明:辅助电极在固体电解质表面的附着力对定磷传感器性能的发挥有较为显著的影响;合理的粉体和黏结剂质量比是定磷传感器发挥作用的关键。
Accurate on-line determination of phosphorus content in hot metal is to measure the quality of raw materials and improve the working efficiency of blast furnace protection. To this end, the use of 4CaO · P2O5 auxiliary electrode and magnesium-stabilized zirconia solid electrolyte assembly of fixed-phosphorus sensor probe, the use of self-made auxiliary electrode paste coating, and coated with different proportion of slurry sensor multi-group experiment. The experimental results show that the adhesion of the auxiliary electrode on the solid electrolyte surface has a significant influence on the performance of the fixed-phosphorus sensor. The reasonable mass ratio of the powder to the binder is the key to the performance of the fixed-phosphorus sensor.
