针对国外某石英脉型钨锡矿中钨矿物以黑钨为主、钨锡矿物嵌布粒度不均匀的矿石特性,采用重-浮-磁联合工艺流程处理该钨锡矿,即螺旋溜槽抛尾-摇床重选产出锡钨混合精矿,锡钨混合精矿浮选脱硫砷矿物,再分级强磁分离,分别产出锡精矿和钨精矿。全流程在原矿含Sn 0.64%、WO_30.35%的条件下,得到了含Sn 60.21%、WO_3 1.64%,Sn回收率为81.73%的锡精矿和含WO_3 65.64%、Sn 0.69%,WO_3回收率为69.42%的钨精矿。
