转变经济发展方式与全球共同一致的碳减排行为,决定了中国必须要转型到新经济或低碳经济路径上。新经济或低碳经济,在一定程度上宣告了中国工业化加速发展时代的结束,中国拉开了后工业化时代的序幕。中国工业化加速发展时代,以低资源价格、低旁动价格、低排放价格的“三低”作为经济增长的支持条件,但是,在中国后工业化时代,工业发展及产业升级要以高资源价格、高劳动价格、高排放价格的“三高”为约束条件。“三高”的约束条件要求企业转型并选择新的投资目标及方向。新经济或低碳经济务件下的投资目标及方向,除了要研究中国后工业化时代的特征,还要关注中国后工业化时代发展及增长最快的四大领域。在中国后工业化时代,投资目标及方向要首先选择与新经济或低碳经济相关联的若干领域。
